Established in 2006, a family run business, the emergence of  abunda gluten free was a natural progression & blend of  two great career loves, in nursing & retail.   This background,  means we understand  the importance of being particular with your health, and the vital role that 'variety' plays in helping you adhere to a 'medical diet'. 

As a family business, the majority of our products are put through the very stringent taste testing of our ' gluten able'  children, and trust us, there is no opinion more brutal & honest than that of  7 & 9 year old boys!!  The result of this, is the range we choose (& choose not to) present to you, along with our own taste testing, and through the recommendations of our valued customers.
