Abunda gluten free delivers gorgeous gluten free goods Australia wide.

We send out our orders via selected couriers or  Australia post registered mail.

We only deliver foods that have shelf life via Audtralia Post. 

 Foods listed as perishable are only available for purchase, or pick up, directly from our store.
Some products will change from non-perishable to perishable depending on the season (eg chocolate in summer).

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm.
Orders placed before 10am (AEST) will be despatched within the following three business working days.  Orders places Friday will be despatched Tuesday.

Orders picked up from store: we would really appreciate two (2) business days notice where possible, but we will do our best should you only have short notice.
