Delivery

Abunda gluten free delivers gorgeous gluten free goods Australia Wide.

We send all our goods via Australia Post registered mail to ensure we can deliver to the outmost corners of the country. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday 10.00am - 5.00 pm

Orders placed before 10am (AEST) will be dispatched within the following three business working days.  Orders placed Friday will be despatched Tuesday.

For orders that are to be picked up from the store, we would really appreciate two (2) working days notice where possible, but we will do our best should you only have short notice.

We reserve the right to change our catalogue availability, and prices at any time & without notice but we’ll try not to do it too often.

Postage and Handling

We only deliver foods that have shelf life via Australia Post.  Foods listed as perishable are only available for purchase or pick up from our store.  In some instances, we can deliver these products via courier & using icepacks to the central goldifields region. Please just call to see what we can do for you.   Some products will change from non- perishable to perishable depending on the season (eg chocolate in summer).

If paying by credit card, approximate delivery times are as follows for the following states.

For orders to be paid by cheque & money order, we will phone you with the total freight costs.   Your order will then be sent once funds have cleared, so please add 3-5 business days to the delivery times below.

In the event that a product is unavailable, we will call you, to decide if you wish us to hold your order until the stock arrives, refund your money, or use is as credit towards your next order.

We can only supply alcohol to persons 18 years and over.

"WARNING"
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

• To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty $6000)
• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty $500)

Returns Policy

If any item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, or is faulty, simply notify us within 2 days of delivery. We may ask that you return the product to us, as part of our quality assurance, and once found to be defective, we will gladly replace the item, and the costs incurred in sending it to us.

Whilst we will always endeavour to provide prompt delivery of your order, any unforeseen delay of the order once it leaves our premises are beyond our control, and does not enable a cancellation of order, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery.

However, if an order has taken longer than you’d expect, please call us immediately on  1300 886 960, and we will track the order for you and let you know of its progress.

Disclaimer:

 We have entered all of the products in our catalogue as ‘gluten free’ in good faith.  Although we exercise a lot of care in selecting products, we still  recommend,  as with everything you consume, that you check every ingredient of all your foods and please, if you have any concerns, DO NOT EAT THE PRODUCT, and instead, please call us with your concerns.

Whilst the majority of our products are wheat free,  as is recommended by the Australian Coeliac Society, we do allow a few ingredients (such as glucose syrup from wheat & caramel from wheat) into our product range.  People with wheat allergies need to be alert to this.

The 'free from' allergen symbols are to be used as a  guide only.  The symbols are only placed on the website if the product is labelled as such (as sometimes manufacturing methods, and the potential for allergen contamination change). 

 There will of course be many other products that may be suitable by ingredient listing.  We endeavor to place allergen warnings that are present on packaging as a guide to potential allergen contamination,  however if you have an allergy or intolerance to any foods it is still recommended that you always check the ingredients prior to consumption.

  Abunda gluten free will not accept liabilty for any misprints, manufacturing issues, contamination or adverse reactions to products that may have been bought from us.
